Description
Evangelion Unit 01.This took forever to finish... Basically because I worked on it once a month
Techcnichal Info: MS Paint, that's all. And a 10-minutes-random-photoshop--background.
Disclaimer: Gainax owns Eva. I don't work in Gainax. Therefore I don't own Eva. I just draw it in MS Paint.

Just watched ep. 26 again, remembered Gendo's line from the English dub: "She who must be obeyed." Apparently someone at NERV remembered who was boss.

And then, in End of Evangelion, she shows her feelings of Gendo. While everyone else gets happy-fun time before turning into Tang, Yui-sama goes "OM NOM NOM". Yui-sama does not approve!

Well... Basically, that life is worth living. In the end, Shinji is given a choice by his mother: he can exist along with everyone else in the soup, or he can come back to earth and start a new life. And despite the fact that people will always hurt each other, he chooses to live (and Asuka too, we don't know about the others).
The last two episodes of the series (the ones that apparently make no sense at all xD) show us his thoughts while he is in the soup, and how he comes to this decision. And when he finally makes up his mind, everyone congratulates with him (penguin included xD)

Not exactly... There is episode 24, then there is the movie until everybody turns into soup, then there are the final 2 episodes, then there is the end of the movie (Lilith dies and Shinji and Asuka come back to Earth)

1, the "soul Absorbing" proses was horibble and brutal.
2, humans could live inn peace inside Lilith.
3, they were ETERNAL.
4, shinji is an idiot, cause he "actualt after what i know he KILLED humanity.

You are right about all 4 points! We don't know for sure but most likely Shinji killed anyone who didn't choose to return... Except his genius mother.
In fact she sealed herself inside Unit 01, which had ascended to the rank of God in the process, and she prepared herself to sail the space FOREVER, inside an indistructible being. And she had PLANNED all of this since 2000!
Including helping her dumbass son in battles, 'cause I'm pretty sure that when unit 01 goes berserk SHE is the one doing everything. You see why I call her awesome? XD
About Asuka... Well, she is stuck on a possibly deserted earth with an imbecile who tries to kill her, after she already died a horrible dead... Wouldn't you be disgusted too?

So it seems... We only see Shinji being asked on screen if he wants to return, but then Asuka is there too, so probably everyone can.
Nope, I'm implying that Rei is a blue-haired clone of Yui, Shinji's mommy (her face is only seen is ep 21 and in the movie). A clone created by Gendo, btw.
And I called her God because... *beware! leaving sci-fi! entering in pseudo-religious territory!* the Angels have the so-called Fruit of Life (immortal unless killed, powerful, unearthly powers), while humans have the Fruit of Knowledge (Bible reference anyone? XD). Unit 01 manages to get both, AND the Lance of Longinus, AND is the center of that weird apocaliptyc ritual, thus Yui thinks that this makes Unit 01 = God. And she IS unit 01, in the end...

One of the weirdest things in the anime XD
It seems that the fruit of life gave the Angels all their powers, while the fruit of knowledge gave humanity the ability to create technology... And the lance was found next to Adam in 2000, and the contact between it and Adam is what caused 2nd impact. After that it is retrieved by Nerv in 2015 and used against the 15th angel, then lost in space, but it comes back on its own during the ritual... So it's clearly not an average weapon, but we never know what it really is.
(interesting fact: according to the tradiction, Longinus was the roman soldier who pierced Jesus with his lance)

So it would seem... In the end though, Kaworu made a show of his own free will, asking Shinji to be destroyed (thus failing his mission) to let humanity live.
Lilith was there first, they found her underground when they built Neo-Tokyo 3, then Nerv (that was called Gehirn at the time) created eva 00 (from Adam's DNA) and 01 (from Lilith's), and Yui was absorbed in the activation experiment of eva1. Then Gendo kinda lost his mind, abandoned Shinji and created Rei from fragments of Yui AND Lilith's DNA... And unit 02 was created and tested in Germany.
Well, 1st impact was supposed to be the meteor crash that wiped away the dinosaurs. 2nd impact was an accident (or I hope it is xD) caused by the contact of the lance with Adam's body, in Antartica. And 3rd impact... Well, it depends on who you ask. If you ask the angels, they want to reach Adam wiping out humanity in the process; if you ask Seele, they want to use Adam, Lilith, Evas, the lance or God-knows-what-else to do the soup thing (which they actually do in the end), and if you ask Gendo he just wants his wife back and to hell with everything else.
Exactly, a world where you lose physical form but you gain the ability to really interact with souls!

Kaworu is the 17th angel (his angel name is Tabris), and he has free will because in ep 24 he could have chosen to merge with Lilith (killing humanity), but instead he ask Shinji to kill him, because Kaworu wants him (and humans) to live.

After 2nd impact Adam returns to embryo stage, and is lately (2015) brought by Kaji to Gendo. Then Gendo implants the embryo into his right hand, so that he could have control over 3rd impact (apparently the one who controls Adam controls the whole thing), but Rei-3 rips his arm off, merges with Adam and Lilith and then hands the control to Shinji. Bad choice if you ask me XD
