Aw that's amazing! He's so adorable! Greatest creation ever! I will never understand how people don't like him. I mean, Astro's the one that started it all as far as anime goes so we should all be thankful!

I've never understood why Astro never caught on in the USA, but his was one of the first cartoons I clearly recall watching (and enjoying) back in the 1960s.
