My idea for an Ice type Grookey inspired by the Golden Snubbed Nosed Monkey.

Ability: Thick Fat - Boosts resistance to Fire- and Ice-type moves.
Hidden Ability: Slush Rush - Boosts the Pokémon's Speed stat in a hailstorm.
Dex Entery: Grookey's heavy fur is a boon in subzero temperatures, it's quirky face could help too.
