I really like how expressive her face is. Blue female Twi'leks are a dime a dozen, so I must say that this is very well done, considering she looks unique even without any lekku patterns or tattoos.
As for criticisms, I would say that your transition where the lekku and ear cones meet the head are not smoothed out enough. Half the battle is careful posing to minimize the angle the lekku come out from, the other half is photoshop/gimp skills. You're doing well though! The way that 0bi and I make Twi'leks is definitely the more tedious way. I wish there were shortcuts to get the same effect, but sadly not yet.
So, you say you're not really satisfied. Is it because of your technical execution of the render, or are you still in the process of refining her overall design?

The V4 lekku is definitely useful for its headdresses. I've certainly used them in the past in combination with my lekku and ear cone styles.
