Quick sketch, no reference or consideration to proportions. Scanned then shaded in Jasc Paint Shop Pro. He's not mutated enough...

Have you seen my colored version? I managed to make it a bit more mutated. Sorry, I actually kept thinking of you as I colored it. Kept thinking, "Dang, what WOULD make it more like a Resident Evil zombie? Wonder what he will say..."

Evil Billy should have some ripped flesh and a slightly de-formed face IMO.

I wasn't sure on ripped open flesh and a deformed face because I don't know Resident Evil zombies, only regular ones. Plus I don't know if Billy is meant to be recognizable.
