Another SUPER RARE POKEMON! I had no idea what to name it though.
It is a better evolving of Flaffy. I think it should be a ram and be Electric/Ice type! They need one out there! XDDD THis is almost the last one of Ray Rarestone's Main Rare pokemon group. So hope you all like her. Frostbolt : Frostlley
