Birthday present for
So Waft got me to watch Hitoribocchi back when it was airing and it was great. I never wound up drawing anything related to it despite wanting to, so I took this opportunity to! I hope you like you some Arus. I took some inspiration from a particularly good scene, as well as the lyrics of her character song!
Characters are Honshou Aru and Sunao Nako from Hitoribocchi no Marumaru Seikatsu

Well, Billy was right. I love this Aru a lot. The inspiration behind this absolutely adorable drawing is good. Aru expression was a high quality one, and her song quite good. Nice interpretation of the lyrics to include a giga Aru and a mini Aru, they look utterly cute. Finally, the main dish, the POV, which I love so much. Aru could (sometimes) be unfortunate, but this time she's certainly blessed for having a tiny Nako at her totally mercy. However, even at her size, Nako probably is not intimidated and will treat her like always. Although that won't prevent Aru to do so many kinds of paybacks to Nako (Aru face makes very clear she will have so much fun).
Thank you very much, this excellent Aru is a great gift to receive.

Happy that you enjoy it! I had to take the proper inspirations, the makings of this one have been in my head for a while and I was waiting for the right moment. I like to imagine she does view the "world's vice chairman" thing in such a literal light, it'd be just like her. Yes, she did win out this time... but even while so much smaller, Nako's still quick to call her out on being unfortunate and state her mind, as seen here. But of course, Aru's usual angry rebuttal will pack a lot more punch at such a scale difference! Not to mention everything that comes afterwards.

Well, this was an appropriate moment for drawing this, I think.
I, actually, was able to see it in dA before I went to sleep but it was a bit late and I needed to going out early, so I thought it would be better to leave a proper comment later (although I didn't think I was going to arrive home until night). >.>

Hahahahah thanks, I hope he does! Personally I was thinking she had used the Shrink A Lot Beam on Nako, but either works!
Aru on top of an aluminum can, and Aru's hopes to be the world's Vice Chairman! I made sure to make this as cute and silly as possible, taking inspiration from her excellent pose/face when she found out Nako couldn't swim was only natural.
They truly are, I should've drawn Hitoribocchi stuff way earlier like I said.
