Birthday present forSo the last time I drew Teana was two years ago, also on a Billy birthday. I had this idea and felt like drawing her again! I also considered more Kindergarten Witch but I did that LAST year so clearly too soon, that's totally how this works. Someone please arrest me so that I stop drawing Nanoha characters as presents for people.
