The Epic Version of TAO.This one was a experimental piece playing with lights and perspective. and of course the Costume and creature design was Quite fun to draw and paint

Software: Corel painter 9 and Photoshop CS

This makes me think of Frank Frazetta's art if he followed an anime style instead.
The detail and emotion are truly magnificent.And just in case there is any room for this thought I need to say that, I am not comparing your work to any piece of Frank Frazetta's or saying you make anime styled copycats of his work, it merely reminds me of his skill and depth, skills you seem to possess in spades.
I am just making sure you don't mistake my compliment for an insult
But, Bravo, your work is quite simply, Amazing.

This is really amazing...the rest of your gallery is quite good as well...but this piece really jumps out. Most of the time when an artist tried to use the luminous values in a digital piece, it winds up being all you can see. The subject matter becomes the glowy stuff, which is often a shame. Epic Tao is different because there is so much movement in the piece, the drawing itslef, that it wasn't lost when you lit the piece up with light. I am highly impressed!
I am new at htis digital art stuff...this is my third piece done totally digitally, from beginning to end [link] any suggestions? Which program do you use? I use photoshop...I figured it was an easy to use system, plus it came with the tablet I got(lol).
Anyway, love this piece, and I am going now to finish browsing your gallery
