Vent work.Had some fun with a new style of shading.
Sorry the background is a little iffy, it was originally going to be a forest background like the lion king, but I liked this better.
Critique/comments welcome.

I used to do linearts of everything, but then my cousin, who does fashion as an artist, told me to stop doing linearts with black and have it form a better picture. It's definitely working, but my linearts on teh computer are still so sloppy. I need to spend more work on my pieces to bring out the perfection in them, but... I dunno, I'm just not sure how to DO that all of the time, since I'm kinda teaching myself. >< You know?

I think that there are just so many different things you can do with art, it is hard to know what will work best with your style, especially if you are teaching yourself like we are.

Haha, it's alright. Scaling is something I've done since the very beginning, so it's comfortable for me. Coloring, believe it or not, isn't easy for me. It's why I practice a lot with it!

And colouring for me was so difficult... I only discovered how to properly use the magic wand too, the dodge and burn tools recently... Before that I was using a softer brush then rubbing it out at the outline
