The girl walking in the bottom corner is about where complex outfit upcharge starts. Mostly complicated boots (Final Fantasy characters! I am looking at you!) are where I start looking at upcharges, but armor/etc. can also be!

I CAN work from just text/no ref descriptions and design a character for you but I need you to supply to me with visual references for inspiration for outfits/hair and some descriptions or images for their body type and face.
