I'm not a professionnal of painting, but i like it. I'm trying to explain why i fav this draw. Hope you'll understand well my bad english too .....
First, the copy of Krell is very well done, and the atmosphere is very strange and complicated (it seems Krell is in a very dark mind and the insect add something frightening.) I like the contrast between the colours green/ blue and the Krell's face. And at least, the texture of the face is awesome. The overall view is very interesting. It's a habit for me faving a draw or a picture who "talk" to me, so i did it . Glad you asked 'why' its not usual , i appreciate it !! Lili

yeah... i had to add something to give it that distinct "krell" essence. while most people wouldn't appreciate me including a roach in their portrait - i figured it'd be right up your alley

Hah! I think caught you in the upload! as always a fan! you always seem to find models in unusual plaes and I like their darkness.. Any thoughts on this or just painting the mind out on canvas? shudders cockroaches... I hope this one doesn't fly? then I may come and have a closer look!
