Cutie Mark: Two Lovely Tulips in Bloom
Hometown: Ponyville
Location: Formerly, Canterlot. Currently in Ponyville.
Love Status: Quite a few stallions pine for her attention but she hasn't noticed them. However, a certain beach pony did catch her attention when she went on vacation.
Pet: Dandy (short for Dandelion) is her pet Pomeranian. He’s a mysterious and magical little dog. Though Felicity has never once noticed his strange powers and passes off any comments about his behavior as a compliment. His known list of powers are: the ability to float, the ability to teleport himself anywhere and all missing objects can be found in his fur.
Dandy is a good boy, but he’s a little creepy too. Just standing there. Staring. Watching.
Information:
Felicity was born in Ponyville. She was raised by her Grandparents, Sweettart and Steele . Felicity was a curious but lonely filly who was often seen romping across Ponyville by herself with her wagon, she would pull up random weeds at her leisure, or plant flowers all across town, play ball by herself, or eat far too many cupcakes at Sugarcube Corner. She was known to bump heads with Roseluck, Lily, and Daisy in her youth, but their disputes have settled now that they’re all adults. Overall, she had a quite fillyhood until she met her best friend Tulipa and finally had some pony to play with and talk to (even if she did live far away in Cloudsdale).
As a teenager she was deeply awkward and uncomfortable in her own skin, often hiding from other ponies and teachers to avoid attention. It wasn’t until she was an adult that she finally became confident in herself.
She’s a natural beauty and natural gardener, Felicity can grow plants with expert ability. Just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside she's known for being the most enchanting pony and the most quite. She’s not shy by any means, but keeps herself occupied with her own thoughts and company. Though she isn't without her flaws, she's constantly stressed, anxious and will fret until she makes herself sick.
After having her first business failed in Canterlot she decided to reinvent herself. She’s discovered a passion for Cosmetology, using flowers and plants she grows in her garden to make lotions, creams, shampoo, conditioner, and all other kind of beauty products which The Ponyville Day Spa uses.
Her motherly demeanor has earned the affection of many local fillies and colts and is known to be the #1 Foal Sitter Around (when she has time in her schedule that is…). She used to foal-sit an adorable little cold named Solidago . To this day they enjoy everything together, gardening, eating cookies, playing games, snuggling and overall being the best of friends. They are still very close she loves him dearly and hopes someday he'll earn his cutie mark.

Additional Information:
She loves to cook, and is great at it!
She collects purses and you’ll never see her with the same bag twice.
Loves Princess Celestia but is still afraid of Princess Luna. She’s indifferent to Princess Twilight Sparkle and Princess Cadance.
Can’t swim.
Has personally decorated the Canterlot Castle for The Grand Galloping Gala.
Still hasn’t met Rarity, but will become tongue tied when she sees her in public.
When she has free time she walks around the Everfree Forest. Despite the dangers in the forest she’s never once been attacked… well, she has. She’s just never noticed.
