The general idea with that jaw-thing, is that it's not entirely solid. The "fibers" can contract in such a way to make even pursed lips like in B-8, where they cover the major canine teeth,, but it'll of course never be as smooth or soft as human facial muscles.

I imagine if you would grope the face of the human mask-thing (bad idea, dont recommend if you value having fingers) you'd be able to feel all the bumps and edges of the hidden teeth&jaw through that skin layer.

....Now that I think about it, they'd be very unpleasant to kiss,, like smooching tree-bark through.....several layers of skin-textured plastic-wrap???? Boy my comparisons are top notch today arent they

but omfg I can't look at F-8 for longer than a couple of seconds, because... it's ..... perfection™
