And yeah the meaning fits better as well (both are latin, mortifer can be translated to 'deadly' and 'basilisk',, while nefari is my abbreviation to nefarius which means stuff like: hellish, or villain :I ) I simply wanted a name that is misleadingly dark for this species that is actually quite harmless
