It's cool! But you see you exaggerated everything on the face! The eyes, mouth, and noes are all to big! You might also want to move the facial features a little to Tifa's left! The eyes are also to close to the forehead. Well anyways nice job! I've seen improvement!

Dude, your realism is amazing. You never get rid of the sort of anime theme (as many of the characters nowadays and during that time followed that base), but you don't make them look too...stereotypically anime with eyes that make up 60% of their face.
