Speaking of that...what would their rapsheets be in just that one movie, if we wanted to pretend that none of it could be circumstantiially pardoned and that Ghost Rider or Xavier were the prosecutor/detective?

Cap: Assault (too many counts to record), destruction of property, destruction of the environment, sabotage, espionage, speeding, public disturbance, kidnapping, grand theft auto, resisting and evading arrest, etc.

Widow: Assault, destruction of prroperty, murder, endangerment, sabotage, espionage, public disturbance, grand theft auto, kidnapping, burglary, etc.

Falcon: Assault, destruction of property, endangerment, sabotage, kidnapping, grand theft special, public disturbance, breaking and entering, burglary, aiding and abetting fugitives, etc.

Bucky: Terrorism, murder, attempted murder, destruction of property, unlawful possession of weapons, etc.

Yeah...they'd probably all get life.
