I felt like redrawing my old "negai" fanart from 2013 (remiryu.deviantart.com/art/neg⦠)I'm really happy how it turned out, especially the night sky, the clouds and the hair.. *-*
The hair is really colourful and unrealistic, and the shadows may not be that visible, sowwie >_< and I still can't draw proportions and hands ;___;

Keep practicing and keep observing, preferably from the real world.
Also, pay mind to the light source. What I like to do is envision what I draw as three-dimensional objects and consider how the light (and shadows) would affect it. Then, I go from there.
