“You wished to see me Father?” Xylia said unequivocally as she fell into step next to her father. Her father, Ludstrom Valkyr, was a prime example of the Lykos race. He was tall with coiling muscles underneath his bronzed skin with slitted golden yellow eye's and raven black hair tied into a ponytail.

“I did,” He said, even using a normal tone Xylia could still feel his voice rumble throughout her body. “I have a mission to charge you with my daughter, something I have thought very long about but the circumstances of the past few days have forced my hand.”

“A....Mission, Father?” Xylia inquired as she turned her head to look over her shoulder, acknowledging the felt presence of one of the few 'Immortal's' that roamed around the Ire of the Wolf Tooth mountains.

“What is it you'd have me do?”

“I will explain the details later, but I wish for you to prepare to travel South.”

Xylia was almost taken aback by this, the Lykos had remained secluded from the rest of Trinh for around a thousand years, even going so far as to kill all who would seek to cross into their land whether it be man or monster.

“You want me to Travel South?”

“Yes, again I will give you all the details once I have finished some other business that needs attending but I want you to ascertain the strengths and weaknesses of the people there and, if possible, learn from which these raiders that tried to assail us came from.”
