First of all. I'm a huge fan of J.R.R Tolkien's books.The character is inspired by Eä Elves or Valars.
(Pointy ears, tree-like jewellery, long hair)
Magic in Middle-earth is very subtle.
However he is riding clouds. Isn't it cool?
It reminds me of Manwe.

I think the amount of detail on the face is way too big in comparision with other parts (the front hand should be less blurred, more detailed I think) but by itself it looks really awesome. I also really like the clothes here - so original <3
