Two of the Talons that appeared in the new story-arc "The Night of the Owls." And in the middle, Mooi Pyn, my own Talon.Xian Loong, William Cobb, Bruce Wayne, Dick Grayson, The Court of Owls, The Talons and all associated characters belong to DC Comics.

I don't yet know. I've seen him around in a couple of covers, maybe it's related to a Nightwing/Batman cross-over. I know Dick is involved with the Court! But it looks like a Detective Comics cover.

Yep, probably Dick Grayson. I just found out that this art is from a upcoming Batman's issue and not an obscure random drawing as i previously thought.
