I like the way that you added the 'blood' on the hour glass. It gives it an added dimension/added depth to the idea of the picture. Well lit and the fact that the top is cropped off adds to the story behind it all. After all, what is on top of the hour glass that is bleeding? Well done.

Little things like that happen often. I've lost things only to have them reappear months (or years in one case) later. It would have....Or...someone in steampunk gear...especially with cuffs, with some time pieces...numbers and handles of a clock...with their hand on top of the hourglass...The image just came to mind...
