Really good over all, but there's no emotion in the eyes. It looks more like she's just posing rather than really screaming for whatever reason.
Of course, that might be what you were really going for.

If it's okay for me to just suggest what might work: closed eyes would give the impression of scream, or having the eyes frown (basically smaller near the nose and wider near the ears.
But, I'm no artists, so everything I say needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
Anyway, the picture is still great, I just wanted to give a little creative criticism.
