After all, the one difference lays between the kind of expectation we build ourselves: are they hopes or just anticipation ? Anyway, when they shatter, we feel...disappointed ? Delusional ? It depends on us.The more we feel bad, the more the hopes we built, so it's kind of our fault

I tend to feel more disappointed myself. I've only really felt delusional once and that was due to building expectations on something that was patently impossible.
