It's never just one filter you build up, it is a set for a lot of difficult shots. All have to produce similar output, but your shot's contrast, lighting, color, and all sorts of other factors make the one-filter-to-rule-them-all impractical and also not what you want since you will be brute-forcing one look instead of concentrating on looking good and tweaking.Alva is back to her toon self here too instead of the more realistic body, and she goes well with the painted anime-style look.

Yeah, her toon look is dialed back up from the previous picture, and this also have the painted/toon filter on it from Chase's previous picture. Toon shapes plus toon painting works for me, so I am removing details and working towards that flatter/drawn/painted look.
I had to modify the filter because this super-high contrast was blowing out everything. You keep doing test pictures and building the family of filters out, while tweaking the ones you have with what you learn. I am working towards each series having a unique look, even just the normal glamour pics.
