Был сильно разочарован инженерами Америки, когда понял, что все Хаммеры имеют пружинную подвеску. Увы, это - профнепригодно для серьёзной войны вне пустынь и высохших соляных озёр.

The world is built upon death. We have killed eachother to left and right ever since the stone-age. I don't think we can understand war or the people who engage in war, because we haven't been there, we haven't seen, heard, felt or gone through what they have. War is a very complicated thing, people die, (obviously) from both sides, wether it was inteded or not, accidents happen, in daily life and in war. I don't think every American soldier who went to Iraq was like; ''Oh fuck yeah I wanna kill some mother fucking sand-monkeys and rape their family!''. No...(that's the Red-army for you). War is not about the death of innocents/civillians (mostly)...agh, this was a very unprepared speech.
The point I'm trying to make here is that war is nothing new, it has been with us as long as we've lived, we invented it....and war....war never changes.

Hi, I wanna ask you something.
When you create a model like this one, with a lot of parts/details, where did you find the references?
I already know about blueprint of course, but they're usually not enough complete.

Perfect as a 3D art/render!Of course maybe some people can be show some sensitiveness because of the title,But Those friends Have to think about a bit What kind of a picture their military drawing on the world!I believe every soldier is trying to doing their duties with a big self-sacrifice no matter what! I have a serious respect to all soldiers who try to save their country/home/family! but I think the "key word" in here is Defending the "HOME/COUNTRY" if the world people watching and seeing your military while doing their actions on the other peoples country, which that really Far away from their own home,Of course people can be think differently!Today is it so easy to believe every word of politicians? Nowadays everyone says "I'm the right one!" But is it easy to decide who is really right??How can be define a Hero? Who is a hero for whom???is it enough to go to war for being a hero??Generally every soldier is a hero for their families and relatives,it's natural! But we can't expect the same thoughts from everyone in this world! We have to remember this;Every human has his/her Own human rights! But please think;how many people can have a life under the humanitarian conditions nowadays??I believe, before the judging each others,We need the understand each others;what the others need, what the others say,and What the others think???Love can be bring a lot of good things to all of us than the make war and hatred!Thank you for the great render work, and love to everyone from me...

Your comment should win DD comment of the day.. (even there is no yet such one dd)
most people, groups, nations, talk what ,,they,,want and what is in ,,their,,interest. and from position in the hierarchy who is the mighty mouse or mighty rat....even of the reality is far away from that ,even the propaganda is contradictory 180 degrees with truth in equalization with bare lie...who cares ..it's important to sound good and believable to their local propaganda and media brainwashed uneducated and ignorant pawns who have no clue about reality in the ground..
-The 3D work is good made...and the name of the artwork suit's very good as one true artwork with actual positions of description of reality today .

That being said, this piece of artwork (although I don't agree with the name as the US is not the only military that uses HMMWVs nor DCUs, and also just because someone's shooting at something doesn't make it madness... is it mad to defend your family and friends? Your Country? but the title is your choice) is quite well done. I mess with 3-D every now and then but have never been able to make anything near this good. Very well done.

Unlikely. Unless said farmer is busy doing his upmost to kill them. Then the farmer is a combatant

Yep he's probably carrying a harvesting sickle or something, better to be safe than sorry I guess.

If he was holding a harvest sickle, they wouldn't be firing. Rules of engagement and all that jazz.

And Obviously you know nothing of the American Military, our ethics, or our rules of engagement. Soldiers go where their country calls regardless of National Affiliation and War is not clear cut "Good" or "Evil". Neither side will ever make it out with clean hands. But, while a small number of soldiers of any nation do commit crimes against humanity, most are trying to protect those who can't protect themselves and return to their families with honor and most importantly alive. Don't judge what you do NOT know.

Obviously, you have never been around those who have served or even spent the time to get to know them as a person, and merely believe the lies and misrepresentation the news and other media portray. I'm sorry if my opinion doesn't fit into your narrow minded world...

I would argue that war in-of itself is a crime against humanity, but then again the world has only been at peace for 8% of recorded history so perhaps war is what makes us human. Regardless this piece is fantastic, well done!

No idea what you're on about with this all this psychobabble. I just said he was gunning down a farmer.

Passin In reply to rabbite1 [2014-07-28 15:32:01 +0000 UTC]
Very true. Of course he COULD be shooting at a farmer. If said farmer is busy trying to kill them because he's also a terrorist or an enemy soldier. But somehow I don't think that's what he meant.

Yeah, I guess that is a plausible explanation, but like you I don't think it very likely.
