One of the pair of a pair of...morally flexible...characters who decide to help a couple hapless monks reach their bishop because "churchmen s*it gold" in the Fantasy novel I'm working on.
A skilled thief and pickpocket, Mara found it necessary to leave the city of Portsmouth after some rather unreasonable fellows got their knickers all in a twist regarding some property that may or may not have come up missing from a certain home that might be under the protection of some rather stab happy characters.
