Well, with the community's help and input I was finally able to put the finishing touches on the newest member of the Super City Seven. Havik, which means hawk in Dutch.By popular demand, I dropped the two crossbow concept and gave her a modern / tech type sword. Sharp side for tentacles, aliens, and monsters and the dull side for breaking arms and cracking heads. The back end of the hilt even has a handy dandy glass breaker in case a mother locks her child in the car. Totally by accident of course.
Also, I changed her logo to something a bit cooler. People didn't seem to like the original and it did look more like an eagle than a hawk.
She does get one crossbow and a number of gadget type bolts which are stored in those pouches. Of course, they are super techy type bolts that are compact for storage but "telescope" to full size when needed. The harness is for carrying the sword and / or crossbow and the cape is just for flavor. She can't fly.
Her most unique feature is the stealth field she creates using those 'antennas' on her head. She's a rogue, but she's a good girl rogue, so backstabs are rarely fatal.
So, being a rookie you just know she's going to run into some trouble for the first time on Patreon this weekend. I think I'll let the Patreon supporters pick the bad girl that has the honors of "breaking" her in.

And I like the new logo. The name's good, it has a nice double meaning since in Dutch it means one thing, but in English, well, maybe she does cause a bit of havoc from time to time. Justice ain't always quiet

That big dull side (it even has a rubber guard running nearly the length of the blade) was perfect for her concept, I thought. Glad you like it. She's a threat to break human bones and get some easy knock outs, but I don't foresee her killing people. Robots and tentacles? Fair game.

Well yeah, there are several other hot redheads around here, and you and I both have a few in our arsenal. But RP took fo-evah to come up with his. Him and his obsession with hot Asian chicks!

Nice work really loving her design. I like how the cape was colored to match the accents not the bodysuit
though there will always be a part of me that hears Edna from The Incredibles when it comes to superheroes and capes .

It's quite possible. I'm not all that familiar with The Watchmen. I saw the movie in high school
(it was actually the first R rated movie I ever watched) and I think I have the graphic novel somewhere
but I've never gotten around to reading it.

You should definitely read the graphic novel. It's on the Time Magazine Top 100 'must reads' of the 1900's for a reason.
The movie was good, though it gets a lot of crap and is very underrated, but the graphic novel tells an even crazier story.
If you do ever read it, I think you'll see where my world draws a lot of its inspiration.
