Well, according to recent polling numbers Kitty Pryde is about to catch Psylocke and it might be this cutie in peril instead of the purple haired heroine.Since I've never done a Kitty Pryde image, I figured this would be a great time to start. Whatdayathink?

Vagrant3D - 62 minutes, start to finish including a re-texture of her suit in Photoshop and the dragon's skin in Photoshop. It's all about that workflow.

Well, you know me. My mind is already racing towards a Xmen versus Hellfire Club (late 80's / 90's version) adult comic. LOL
Kitty would be in for a hell of a time if I ever did that.

The Hellfire Club storyline that introduced them and segued into the Dark Phoenix storyline is one of the most amazing arcs in comic book history as far as I am concerned. I had some of the issues and then went back to fill in missing ones. It was a pricey project to get them all but I did and it was worth it. (And fun too hunting down the missing issues!)

Did we talk about this before? There's this one series of panels (it could be from that storyline) involving Rogue, White Queen, and Black Queen that definitely suggests the Hellfire Club was doing some naughty / sexy things to Rogue and Jean Grey.
I mean, White Queen and Black Queen literally walked around with riding crops.

This 'could' be a false memory, but if I remember correctly there's a scene (over the course of a few pages) where White Queen and Black Queen are sitting on their thrones and Rogue is on her knees, hands bound behind her back and they (the Queens) are forcing her face into some kind of weird potted plant looking thing that does some mind control stuff (or something).

Sometime this week I'm going to talk to my buddy that owns a comic shop to see if he can place the storyline, or if he has the comic. If I had to guess it was late 80's, at least that's what the person showing it to me said... I think.
Who knows, maybe Rob66 will prove to be a good lawyer AND a private investigator and dig it up for us.

Thanks. It also hides the (very) old V4 and Poser use too, I think. I've gotten some notes from people not familiar with Poser / DAZ and they can't believe that's what I'm using to start the image with.

LOL, it's funny. I could probably shave a few minutes off that time if I'd start with a V4 fully loaded with all the morphs preloaded, but what fun would that be. It's more fun to start the race with a stock V4 and load all the morphs by memory.
