She looks nice, especially the fluffy effect on the tail feathers and the top has come out well. Some interesting abilities too - bringing back eliminated villains or good guys? Eep.

Like most fights, in my mind, it comes down to opportunity and initiative. Feliny is a stealthy thief / rogue type and Ravenna is a mastermind / dark magic user.
While you can never really count a rogue out, there's something to be said about a woman that that could buy the loyalty of a thousand Feliny types, then sacrifice them all to Cthulhu.

Feliny definitely wins in a fist fight though, that backstab and poison damage is too much for a caster to deal with.
