Description
Xysta, the Bronze Age Bombshell. Following the trend of 'fish out of water' tropes and about a million other tropes for that matter, this blonde beauty hails from another time and place. However, thanks to that pesky space-time-continuum thing or maybe Rick's portal gun; here she is in Super City ready to fight evil and totally not kill anyone with that extremely lethal and oversized spear because it shoots a beam of light! That's right, she's a ranged DPS disguised as a shield wielding tank!Also following in the great eastern traditions of anime and grindy-mmo fantasy games; the less armor a woman wears the more her armor score increases somehow. Is it really our place to question this type of logic?
What funny and hilarious normal situations will Xysta find herself in? Will she learn to tie her shoes one day? Will she stop trying to stab "Xerxes" army of invaders as they drive her Uber car and man the counters of 7/11?
Only time will tell because she's one heroine who's already... out of time!

So you've mentioned tropes here and with Black Mass. Are you just finding tropes and creating characters from them?

That's a weird question, but not in a bad way. Actually, only Spellslinger is new. All the other characters are over a year old, some even two and three years old. I just never used them much over the years after they were first created and put in the gallery.
Tropes? I've known about tropes for a long time and I visit tvtropes.org a lot to read about all the different tropes. As a writer I think it's a good tool to use. It's impossible to avoid using tropes since there's nothing new under the sun but tropes will help you understand your characters and help you avoid being overly tropish, unless you're trying to be.
