Description
Godzilla 4 Endings (second edition)Earth Defenders
Godzooky: Once considered a joke, Godzooky had grown into large, viscous and agile predator…much to Bagan’s dismay. The comical vapor of his youth had become a lethal gas in his prime and Bagan could only froth in agony as his insides liquefied from constant bombardment. Shrieking in victory, Godzooky tore Bagan’s nasal horn from his skull and flew off into the distance. A few days later, an interview with Dr. Quinn Darien revealed the location of the horn. Apparently Godzooky still remembered his old family and had left the horn at her nephew Pete’s condo as a gift. Godzooky had since flown off to parts unknown and even G-Force couldn’t locate the now full-fledged kaiju. When asked if she knew his whereabouts, Dr. Quinn merely smiled and said that as an adult, Godzooky probably had more pressing things on his mind than demolishing cities…like finding a mate…
Armie: Having come seemingly out of nowhere, the armored armadillo had toppled the mighty Bagan like an over sized grotesque bowling pin. His chest cavity caved in and his once proud skull smashed like a pumpkin. Snorting good naturedly, Armie returned to the American Southwest and dug back under the soil. A month later, a local oil tycoon tried to open yet another rig in a wildlife reserve. The motion went through due to a republican dominated government who had seized the ‘Monster Wars’ as an excuse to ‘keep the country armed and secure’. Little things like wildlife reserves tend to get swept under the rug when such issues like ‘Kaiju Terror Attacks’ are going on. Apparently the tycoon forgot to investigate his claim a bit better because Armie happened to be sleeping right next to the oil vein…and was not pleased to have hammering sounds ringing in his ears. Needless to say, the tycoon had to look elsewhere as the rig and everything for several miles around it was as they put it: “Damn near ground to ah’ paste and rolled all dah hell and gone.”
Sasori: Sasori had always been a rather light hearted creature that was willing to leave things be as long as it didn’t endanger his territory or those he considered ‘fun fella’s to mess with’. Bagan apparently didn’t realize exactly whose toes he was stepping on because Sasori didn’t appreciate having his old friend Godzilla getting the shit kicked out of him. Striking from behind, Sasori had struck the behemoth mutant straight in the ass…and had electrocuted the entirety of Bagan’s colon. Wreathing on the ground in agony, Bagan didn’t notice the nuclear heat ray until it had blown clean through his skull. Clacking his mandibles in what could have passed for a chuckle; Sasori clapped claws with Godzilla as they stood over their dead and utterly humiliated opponent. Not one to be bored for long, Sasori teasingly zapped Godzilla in the foot and scuttled off, chirping merrily as Godzilla stomped after him. Tag was always more fun when it involved tail swipes and lightning bolts.
GDF
Cybersaur: The golden mechanical saurian stood dusty but proud over the smoking carcass of Bagan, its mission of protecting humanity accomplished…for now. There were still plenty of wayward kaiju to round up and put down if necessary and Cybersaur had proven that it was just the weapon to do so. Armed with tranquilizers strong enough to put down a herd of seismosaurus’s, Cybersaur effectively captured the more mundane kaiju and euthanized most of the hostile mutants; they even had to go about creating another monster island to house them all. There was only one kaiju left unaccounted for…Godzilla. Reequipped with the radiation neutralizing agent that had brought the beast down years prior, Cybersaur went into battle one last time.
Dr. Daisuke Serizawa: Dr. Serizawa had fought monster after monster, using only his human intellect and cunning to outwit and defeat his monstrous and often times other worldly opponents. Despite all this, he still had no idea why he was still alive or how he had gained such massive size. Cosmic irony...karmatic justice…fellow scientists playing god? He had no idea. But having put down Bagan, the greatest threat to mankind since his own horrific research, filled him with both a sense of pride and understanding. Truly the only deference between kaiju and man…ultimately was size. Serizawa had broken that limit and now the power of man could be truly brought to bear on the hideous mistakes roaming the world. Despite his earlier sacrifice, the behemoth Godzilla…or at least the original was still at large. This was a mistake that Serizawa intended to correct. Upon finding the titan, he was already engaged in combat with many other monsters, probably attempting to assert his dominance in an oh so typically reptile fashion. His eye patch turned maser cannon shining like an omen of death, Serizawa strode toward the nuclear demon and Godzilla 54 turned; his eyes narrowing upon recognition of the figure before him. “Remember me demon? I sent us both to hell once before.” Serizawa intoned from inside his giant diving helmet. “You somehow escaped your grave and drug me along with you…That was a mistake.” Godzilla 54 snarls and then roars, the wind whipping past Serizawa’s form but he continues. “I will not allow my death to be in vain a second time…this time…EVEN YOUR BONES WILL COME WITH ME!” With a final cry Serizawa, titanic spear in hand, throws himself upon the nuclear juggernaut. The final battle between science and nature, man and beast, martyr and demon…has begun.
Aliens
Barugaron: Licking the last drops of blood from his jaws, Barugaron finished draining the titanic Bagan of his bodily fluids. The power of the behemoth’s blood sang in Barugaron’s veins and he already felt far stronger than he could have ever imagined. Despite being brought into the fold of the Vortakk, Barugaron truly held allegiance to one thing…himself and his never ending thirst. Barugaron turned on his masters but spared them; after all, it was so hard to find such refreshing cattle these days. With the entire world bowed at his feet, Barugaron had all the blood he could ever desire. But desire is a fickle thing and like a connoisseur of fine wine, Barugaron craved richer and more powerful blood. While the imprisoned and continually drained kaiju of earth would suffice for now, he needed more. So it was that Barugaron arranged another invasion, the Vortakk and their allies on the hunt for richer pastures among the stars.
Dogora: Vast beyond belief, Dogora had little trouble stripping Bagan from the surface of the planet and hurling him into the depths of space. While powerful, Bagan could never survive outside of the Earth’s atmosphere and was consequently devoured within Dogora’s leviathan mass. It was then that Dogora noticed a tiny little irritation, apparently the Vortakk’s control waves had become too loud for their own good and Dogora sought out the source…and vacuumed it clean off the planet’s surface. Satisfied, Dogora drifted back into the recesses of the solar system in search of other planets to strip of life.
Razin: Defeating Bagan was no easy task; he lacked the radiation that Razin needed to empower himself. Thankfully the fallen Godzilla provided just the boost he needed and with the nuclear titan’s vast energy reserves at his disposal, Bagan was soon brought low. Now that the two largest obstacles to his existence had been removed, Razin proceeded with his original objective, draining the world of nuclear power. Power plants were torn open and their energy drained to the last Geiger measurable ounce. With even their stockpiles drained and all weapons rendered inert, the nations of humanity had no choice to concede defeat at the hands of the Vortakk. Razin was content with his new existence, enforcing the will of his new masters allowed him access to what he needed and despite the various cases of cancer spread in his wake…all was well with the world.
Ganimes, Gezora, and Kamoebas: Individually they stood hardly a chance against the titanic beast known as Bagan; but together they cast the would be tyrant down and devoured him. Yog had foreseen all and had anticipated such an event. What Yog had also anticipated was for Spacegodzilla to try and claim dominion over the planet it saw fit to rule itself. Such an outcome was unfavorable. Yog had learned much from watching his children fight and grow. It took the liberty of evolving them as they went. Now even the sonic waves Yog had so feared were little more than a nuisance now. Spacegodzilla was yet another nuisance and had to be dealt with. Ganime’s deadly claws, Gezora’s freezing coils, and Kamoebas’s indestructible shell soon put the flashy creature in its place…and Yog had yet another set of genetics to play with…
Gryphon: The strength of a bull, the reflexes of a mountain lion, the speed and venom of a diamond back rattlesnake, the flight of a bat, and the intelligence of man…these were the things that created the Gryphon. It was with those things that the Gryphon tore the draconic Bagan limb from limb, savagely tearing the armored kaiju to pieces and devouring his flesh. Using his lightning blast to incinerate what was left, Gryphon roared in victory and began to make some final adjustments to its genetic code…A few days later, what was left of the other factions had made a final stand against the Vortakk. Either side knowing destruction was inevitable for all if they failed. Failure was in the cards as the Gryphon, covered in eerily Bagan-like armor with even larger horns, descended to the front of the alien army. Driving its hoof into the ground, the Gryphon cut loose an ear shattering roar; lightning dancing along its wings. With their champion in tow, the Vortakk army engaged and the Gryphon sought out its prey. Atomic amber met chimeric green as Godzilla and the Gryphon fought for control of the world. In the end…only one would be left standing.
Cyberzilla: While the original ‘Zilla’ had the constitution of a wet paper sack, the enhanced Cyberzilla had no such problems and with newly reinforced space titanium to further armor the cyborg it was nearly impossible to harm the lethal beast now. Unlike Mechagodzilla, speed was also not a problem for the cyboric reptile and it was with brutal efficiency, overwhelming fire power, and remarkable agility that Cyberzilla brought the monster Bagan to the ground. With that last obstacle terminated, Cyberzilla led the charge as the recontrolled kaiju were sent against the cities of the world once more. This time…there would be no resistance. A biomechanical super virus made sure of that.
Mutants
Balkzardan: Faster than any other kaiju alive, Balkzardan strafed Bagan until his mighty form could no longer stand. Barking in her usual chipper manner, Balkzardan zipped off into the distance; the dust literally burying the dead kaiju as she sped away. With nothing in the world able to touch her, Balkzardan did as she pleased and though she never intentionally went out of her way to demolish cities….they did have a habit of being the way. The ground belonged to Balkzardan and humanity eventually learned to simply live either under it or above it. As for the other kaiju, they learned to live by a simple philosophy: Stay out of Balkzardan’s way or get run over.
Jyarumu: Despite Bagan’s size and power, Jyarumu’s ability to fly and poisonous gas proved to be the behemoth’s undoing. Content with his victory, Jyarumu returned to Siberia and proceeded to wipe out all human presence there. His territory spread clear across Russia in through Mongolia, refugees fleeing in waves as he sprayed his poison over their cities; quickly making them uninhabitable. The north belonged to Jyarumu and to this day, the people from the north parts of Eurasia tell stories of his fury and the hopelessness of facing the beast in battle. Eventually the GDF had to simply close that part of the continent off from the rest of the world. There was no point in angering a creature that powerful if they could help it.
Vagnosaurus: A nasty and villainous creature, Vagnosaurus drained Bagan of his power and sent him toppling to the ground. Hissing in contentment, Vagnosaurus headed toward Africa and claimed the entire continent as her own. Diamond sales sky rocketed and civil wars quickly became utter evacuation efforts as Vagnosaurus took to draining the entire human population of their energy…leaving desiccated husks in her wake by the thousands. Refugees poured into the Middle East in such great numbers that Egypt had to simply start shooting anyone who crossed the border. Only the most reclusive of tribes still remained in the depths of the jungle and took to worshipping Vagnosaurus like a goddess above all others. All attempts to establish colonies or civilization in Africa met horrorific fates until the UN declared that the entirety of Africa was forever a ‘nature reserve’. This was largely to prevent further tragedy and loss of life. Vagnosaurus herself was unaware of all this, she was simply content to find a feeding ground where there was practically an endless supply of energy. The fact that strange men tried digging in the dirt in her territory was an odd but welcome site. Diamond hunting was officially the most dangerous job in the world because of this fact.
Axor: For Axor, victory over the weakened Bagan was as simple as telling the beast to destroy itself…the sight would have been amusing if it wasn’t so pathetic. Having no opposition left, Axor turned to plotting an elaborate plan of supreme dominion. Using the very handy internet and television, Axor commanded his slaves to broadcast the energy of his slave ray all over the world…soon the entire human race and the Vortakk were within his grasp. Hissing in true sinister fashion, Axor spent the next decade commanding his empire to build a mighty palace for him to reign within. A mighty pyramid like structure centered within the boundaries of ancient Egypt. At last the world was his and his might unchallenged…or so he thought. Apparently even his slave ray had limits and Spacegodzilla wasn’t about to let some old relic take what he viewed as rightfully his…pretentious fool. Axor had known that the crystal like structures within the space spawned beast would shield him from his slave ray. It was really too bad that Axor had found ways to improve his other abilities…like a deft tail whip to the creature’s cranium. Apparently despite all of that energy Spacegodzilla really wasn’t up for a physical brawl. Tearing out Spacegodzilla’s brain (surprisingly tiny thing) Axor held it aloft and shrieked his battle cry, his slaves bowing before him in reverence.
Shiigan: Lightning arcing from his scythe like talons, Shiigan delivered the ‘cope de grace’ to Bagan by neatly slicing off his head…and then punting it into a mountain. Buzzing with sadistic amusement, Shiigan flew off into the sky and then dived back beneath the ocean’s depths. Days past without word from the viscous beast and many prayed it would never rear its head again. Their prayers were in vain as Shiigan rose off the coast of Mexico and began blasting everything with bolts of electric death. The border patrols soon found themselves facing ten times the usual amount of immigrants as Shiigan’s rampage made the inhospitable unlivable. The United States attempted to send the kaiju packing but Shiigan would not be deterred and blasted every tank, jet, maser cannon, and mech into oblivion. Even a hilarious rubber coated giant sentinel couldn’t hold the insectazoid embodiment of lightning at bay forever. Before long, Mexico was a charred and slightly charged wasteland that partially smelled of stale pot and burned crack. This didn’t seem to bother Shiigan any, in fact he made of habit of utterly annihilating areas that would produce these smells. Eventually he ran out of such places in Mexico and began striking South America. The smell of burning crack drove the kaiju onward and the drug cartels soon found out that their biggest customer wasn’t even paying. No matter where they went, the viscous creature would hunt them down and several lightning bolts later, the waft of freshing incinerated crack would filter through the air. It was a disaster of epic proportions…a kaiju addicted to narcotics. No garden was safe…no warehouse obscure enough. The war on drugs had become the ‘pray to god Shiigan doesn’t smell your stash and vaporize your ass’ reality show. Fate would force Shiigan to seek his addiction elsewhere as the drug lords learned that tropical locations were poorly defended when your enemy is over 80 meters tall and can shoot lightning bolts. Thus they dared to set up shop in the major cities…within days Washington DC was attacked by Shiigan. Even the president couldn’t hide his stash well enough.

that means slow flowing
do you mean "vicious"?

Hey, could I do something like this, only with monsters and robots from American fiction? Please?

Um, sure. I mean, the entire premise is for another monster beat'em up so if you want to do feasible endings for something featuring things like the Beast of 2K Fathoms and other critters like that I'd love to see it.
Anything similar to 'War of the Montsers' perhaps?

Nope, only endings for those that were in laid out to me. It would have been kinda fun to do but all the monsters listed were part of the roster that was given to me for the purpose.
Being that the series pretty much died, I haven't had a reason to revisit it lol.

PRetty cool, I like the endings. I enjoyed them. GSamurai's Godzilla Neo stuff is awsome and using it as a base for several kaiju was a good idea. Anyway, loved it!

Thanks, not much to go on with the card game kaiju so anything I can get to flesh them out some is appreciated.

Sweet stuff dude! I originally had Sasori with the mutants because it had some type of bond with Kamacuras (I think Kumonga too). But reading this, I think I might as well put Sasori back in the Earth Defenders zone.

According to Gregole (who convinced me to that Sasori was a fun enough character to make an ending for) Sasori forms a sort of friendship with Godzilla and the two fend off Kamacuras and Kumonga. It was a team match of sorts. He was also quite the prankster too. Thats what led to his rather humorous ending .
Thing I'm not sure of is Armie. I saw a pic in the galleries of what I assume to be Armie and based it off what I knew of the book. Not sure if I got that right or not.
Everyone else though is about right. Except maybe for Shiigan (the first part fits rather well but his drug fueled rampage is a bit much...though I find it funny as hell).

Ah, that's right. I couldn't remember that part for the life of me.
Well, you could show me the pic if you can.
Shiigan is a little mystery right there. the only thing we know of is that he's a mutant zooplankton.

Mutant Zooplankton indeed. The card game didn't have actual animations so we don't know what his attacks really looked like. It makes me wonder if KaijuSamurai giving him lightning power was just a way for him to include him feasibly in the Neoverse. It works for me though, truth be told not many kaiju have that particular element as a weapon. It kinda works for him.

Just saw it, its pretty cool. Being giant mutant bacteria it makes sense for him to have a viral agent of somekind as a weapon. Probably easier to use underwater too.
Speaking of that video, Vagnosaurus definitely uses tentacles, Barugaron is indeed a vampire, and Jyarumu likes to strafe his opponents more than not. Balkzardan is much like we expected, she shoots lightning and is really fast.

lawl at Serizawa indeed. When I saw that name in the list I was like "dude you can't be serious". But sure enough they did make a kaiju out of him at least once. I figured out what kaijux was aiming for when I checked Godzillawiki. Godzilla generations must have been some funny shit.
Godzooky has been made 'badass' a couple times. I've checked and there are at least two pics protraying such a version. Nonetheless, its hard to take the guy seriously when his name is Godzooky. I mean, it just drips with the cuteness of youth and its hard to shake that image even with the name by itself. Now if it was later changed to something like 'Godzoora' or 'Godzaki' then it would be an easier transistion. Damn, Hannabarbara really nailed him into his niche. Whats even funnier is when I imagine the game anouncer calling his name during a match all deep and epic like. I should draw him some time for the lulz.

lol, that made my day. Destoroyah vs. Godzooky would be interesting to see.
Speaking of the anouncer guy, I miss those cinematic replays from melee. If you beat your opponent in a spectacular fashion it would show you AGAIN for the freaking win. I also miss the fact that you could throw you opponent into buildings and actually have them hit the god damn building. What happened? Buildings falling over and buring your opponents, throwing them into buildings, leading them into a shit load of buildings and then burrowing under them to knock them over and have them fall on your opponent...was the break it apart bit by bit aspect really worth replacing all that? *sigh* some good some bad I suppose.
Another thing I miss are the smokestack sword fights you could get into. Now thats innovation in monster battles. Watching monsters bludgeon each other with improvised weaponry was great stuff. Throwing it when you were done was even better. Water also had an impact on fights...like not being able to jump since your balls deep in it. Hopefully we'll see another Godzilla fighting game in our lifetime.
