I just made a Dungeons & Dragons character who's a lizardfolk barbarian! The race has such great flavor, especially if you've read Volo's Guide to Monsters (which is my favorite D&D sourcebook to date), and it's really fun to play a character who basically has no idea how emotions work. "What is 'offended'?"
Also, I just realized that I've made a dragonborn and a lizardfolk character in less than a month. Maybe I just have a thing for lizards...

Haha, I like this! It's very abstract and eye-popping.
Volo's Guide is also my favorite sourcebook~ I have a thing for monster races, my friends have come to expect that I will always bring either a kenku, lizardfolk or some other crazy monster hybrid to our sessions. They're just so fun and unique to play! A party made entirely of humans and elves gets boring after a while.
Anyway, I'm rambling - this looks great! I was unaware of DeepArt but I may mess around with it now.

Thank you! I love playing around with this software, it's a great program.
Yeah, I almost never play humans my favorite D&D races are dragonborn, lizardfolk and... well, basically anything scaly. But I like kenku too, provided you play them well and commit to the Mimicry/lack of creativity flavor. Plus I'm really enjoying my lizardfolk barbarian right now! His name means "demon" in Draconic, and for good reason, he basically tears through everything with his axe. Fun both mechanically and roleplay-wise.
I actually haven't chatted with many D&D fans on here, it's nice to meet you ^-^ thanks for your comment and fav!

Lizardfolk are fun. Like most monster races, I dig their flavor, although I don't like the mechanics much - I feel like they just piled stuff on without really considering how it would affect the race. Frenzied jaws for a logical, survival-oriented race just doesn't mesh well.
My favorite race is the kenku, personally. Don't know why, I just really like them! They're fun to play as a race that can only mimic others' words, deeds and accomplishments, makes for some interesting roleplay scenarios.
It's nice to meet you as well! I also love meeting D&D fans!
