Description
Custom built airsoft gas blowback (GBB) replica of the pipe rifle from Fallout 4. Uses 1911 mags for a functional (shoots bbs) ".45 receiver" upgrade or a mock, side fed, vanilla .38 mag for display/cosplay use. Fires 6mm plastic bbs, semi-automatic at 1.4 Joules.Youtube:

Best part about pipe rifles is that they're in-universe slapdash and ramshackle, so being "imperfect" with them still looks okay. That said, it seems like you weren't! You actually made one that looks very close if not identical to the in-game version, sans some of the omnipresent orange/rust colour wash of the ingame graphics. And integrating an actual shooting mechanism in it is just awesome. Great job.

As functional as I can make it. If put in the same configuration as with the game, the magazine never lines up with the feed ramp on the barrel so will never feed properly. Vid link in description.
