I mean this comic is so true! You would wonder what time period they live in when they have trains, cameras, movies, ect. But at the same time, they don't have cars or game systems. 
The thing that made me laugh the most was Sasuke's comment at the end of the comic.

Naruto doesn't take place in any real world time period. It exists in it's own universe, with it's own countries, it's own history and it's own level of technology. It's not very complicated. I never get why people have a hard time with this.
