Description
This features basic (and very modern) uniform designs for the Colonial Administration Police Department (as well as a sneak peek of a small arsenal), both for standard patrol officers and SWAT. The concept of the CAPD is mainly to maintain a presence of law enforcement on newly developed colonies on different planets. The Colonial Administration itself is a civilian government agency that is an extension of the United Star Federation and an enforcer of its laws.

However, in practice, the CAPD is not just limited to law enforcement and can act as a form of militia, forming the last (or first) line of defense when a colony is invaded and the military branches of Star Command (STARCOM) are otherwise unable to respond. As such, the CAPD and its officers are equipped with an arsenal that is not simply limited to counter-terrorism operations, but military operations (if absolutely necessary) as well. Authorization of such measures can only be granted by the Chief Commissioner of the local branch of CAPD on a colony.

These concepts will be expanded upon to include specialized riot gear and men uniforms as well for comparison in the near future.
