BRIEF DETAILS:

Star Command (STARCOM) is the military arm of the United Star Federation, commonly known as UNIFED or the Federation. Founded after the Terrestrial Wars on Mars in 120 S.D., STARCOM maintains the security and stability of Earth and all her colonies. STARCOM is made up of four branches: ARMY|COLONIAL GUARD, MARINE CORPS, SPECOPS, and NAVY|AIR FORCE.

STARCOM SPECOPS, essentially, combines all of Earth's special forces organizations into one. As such, each operative can trace their heritage from Delta Force, SEALs, SAS, Spetznaz, etc. Commanded by Special Operations Command, operatives carry out only the most dangerous and demanding of missions against threats that seek to destroy UNIFED, be it external or internal. Divided into Special Task Groups (STGs), each group is assigned to a specific star system to maintain constant vigilance over the planets that inhabit them.
