lol- i have the same problem, but the fabric should be pressed against the skin in the direction the air is coming from, think of it as holding a piece of paper up against a small fan, the paper will suction itself to your hand where the fan is closest, and then wave like crazy where there's no contact- lol- i used to have to do that every time i drew something like this!!> o< lol!!!

and as for hair, you have great basics, i mean, seriously you do, but something seems a little strange with how sharp it it- sorry if i seem rude ./.''''
