A much, much improved wedding picture. I like this way more than my previous Maiko wedding. Also, I realized that I've never drawn them actually kissing. Go figure. I hope it conveys tenderness and love. <3I decided to do Zuko's hair like it was in his dream from The Earth King. I've never attempted it, but I like the way it turned out. Background is from google and heh, I cheated a tad on the clothes, but not too much. DX
Inspired by the film One Night With the King, the story of Esther. I loved their costumes.

Dude, take a chill pill. Zutara isn't everything. Please don't comment if you don't like it. You're helping no one, and I definitely know that the artist will not like comments like these on his/her comment box.

Why thank you for your constructive criticism. Zutara has much less evidence of actually happening than Maiko. Go figure. You crazed shippers are too blinded by your obsessions to realize the fact that Zuko and/or Katara MIGHT actually hate each others' guts for all of eternity. At least Mai and Zuko are on the same side now. Again, a step closer. I'm going to get swan-swan on this. He's writing an essay on the flaws of Zutara. That's right; a freaking essay as to why Zutara can't work. Do you really thing Aang would give her up so easily? That Katara would forget the pain Zuko has caused her and her family? I highly doubt it.
If you're going to be rude, so am I. Don't comment like this again, it's childish. I don't mind you supporting another ship. I really don't. I don't even mind if you didn't support Maiko because you couldn't see it happening. I DO mind, however, when you despise it blindly simply because it threatens your ship. Get over it. Maiko actually might trump Zutara. Put it in your juice box and suck it.

if you seen the trailer for the third season on youtube they do kiss on the trailer. OOPs spoiler.xD its really a beutifull piece of art work.

I've gotta say, this is absolutely gorgeous...! I'm not much one for het in general, but this... man, I was skimming people's favs, and I absolutely jumped on this--and for a moment, I didn't even recognize Mai! The realism is excellent, and the angel...! Man, I'm totally infatuated with this picture. *_* The only change I'd make would be that Zuko's ear is bigger than it generally is, since it's somehow scarred and smaller than the other, but even then, that's just nitpicking. *__* Fav~!

I loved the big (BIIIIIIG) tall, black guy! Even though I couldn't hardly understand what he was saying half the time! But my favorite part has to be in the biginning when Hadassa and the woman were first taken, Hadassa tries to cheer the woman up, saying
"Ohh, (Name insert) this will look lovely with your skin!"
"I just want to go home!!"
"Well, cheer up. You might go home tommorrow!"
"Are you saying I'm not beautiful enough??"

haha. though it is kinda disappointing that they really didn't mention the Lord, and his hand in all it. It was a great movie, but they sorta shifted away from God, and made a "love story." a great love story! but they still wondered away from the original plot.

yup. but all in all, it was a fabulous movie. this movie has real insight for the persian culture! not to mention, certain scenes seem to be simply for the sake of beauty, and they did their job! and on a personal note, do you do your own coloring??

And yes, I do. I start with pencil, then outline by hand with ZIG markers (usually 1 or 2 point). Sometimes I color with Prismacolor markers, but usually I do all my coloring in Adobe Photoshop Elements. Sometimes my sister gives me a hand with lighting, but I've gotten better.

I love your art style. It's like a combination of anime and realism. Basically, it has the elegant look of the anime style, but the facial structure is well-defined and realistic. It looks good!
I'm also very much adoring how you color and tone. It looks textured and the difference in fabrics of the clothing is visible. You're a fantastic artist.

It is because it's based after the novel Hadassah: One Night with the King, not the book of Esther. It's still a wonderful story of faith and love.
