While I was visiting *bird4peace
a bit ago, we visited this studio where one of the artists was doing small sketches like this... It has just been stuck in my mind so I tried to mimmick it. 
It's my first try, so it's not perfect...

i agree with almost everyone here--the simplicity is very nice, i like that it looks almost like an unfinished sketch, but it does look completed in a minimalistic way, so cool! i love pictures of cats...

I think theres a japanese style of using ink where no thought is applied and the end result is magnificent. I think achiving this is somewhat difficult, but this piece shows how good your skill is.

The ears and eyes are done to perfection, I think it really goes to show that a lack of detail can be just as beautiful as intricate detail.

I do, however, the more I look at it, find myself wishing the left eye (our left) looked more like the right. I really like that right eye better. It's a good looking eye.

It looks great, i love the minimal style, the kitty is just so cute. the ears look awsome. its so easy to over do pictures and you definitly didnt do that. i love this.
