If she's at least six feet tall, and the weights are made of lead or a heavier metal( because it makes the picture so much better than steel alone), then each little disc should weigh roughly (just a glancing estimate), at minimum, 100 lbs. That means each dumbbell weighs at least 600 lbs.
After seeing how her tricep destroyed the steel chain effortlessly, I wouldn't doubt the lovely Medaka isnt using most of her fingers to hold the mass up, or say these are even warm up weights. They'd be better seen as the little end pieces to hold bigger weights together, her REAL warm up weights 😨💓
