Okay this is kinda finished now! I still have a week until deadline, so I will fight with rendering the video format to maintain quality and the colors while keeping the file size down. The picture I uploaded is a screenshot from what I see from After Effects, and the video has lost a lots of colors D:. I'm not good with codecs or compression settings.
I know the animation has some bugs here and there, but it was my first time using CAT bones and they did lots of weird things I could not or did not know how to fix.
I'm just glad I got this done, I need to focus on other deadlines now.
3Dsmax, Photoshop, Painter, After Effects.

we took total 3 months to do our final year project.

Yeah it's been quite hectic, deadlines after deadlines and along the way I 'killed' my back and could not do anything for awhile hehe. That's also why animation isn't that well done, no time, no desire to kill my back again. I wanted to focus on modeling anyway : ). I still hope I could have done a better job!
Your animation was so good and I loved the ending! I envy the audio too

We did group work last year though, it included 40 5sec animations for a national tv channel's commmercial break notifications. There we got some birds doing things on a market place. It was fun.

Todellakin hienoa, että olet saanut näin valmista tavaraa tuotettua! Hahmot, valaistus ja ympäristö ovat kyllä todella onnistuneita. Vasta sitten tällaista osaa todella arvostaa, kun on itsekin nysvännyt vastaavaa kuukausikaupalla. On se kyllä halpaa helppoa ja nopeaa se 3D! ;D

Jöö Afterissä oli mullakin jostain syystä ihan erivärinen työ, enemmän kontrastia ja väriä. Sit rendailin sen samoilla spekseillä, Quicktime h.264:nä ni kivasti katos kaikki värit ja kontrasti. Ihan raivolla piti säätää sitä perhosta et tuli grim & dark. Eli ei varmaan voi sille muutaku vetää kontrastivivusta vaan niin et näyttää afterissä ihan överiltä ja rendailla emt.

Ui kun toi oli siisti ja kivaa oli katsoa. Onnistuit tossa tosi hyvin ja pidän tosta hahmosta. ^^ Kauan tohon oikeen meni aikaa? Ja jos joskus aiot tehdä jonkun firman ja animaatioita ota mut ryhmään mukaan xD

No syyskuun puolessa välissä alkoi kurssi, siitä asti melkein joka päivä tämän kaa taistelua. On nää aika isotöisiä kavereita nää kolmedee jutut

Tosi hienoa työtä olet tehnyt. Kivaa oli seurata miten työ edistyi, ja lopputuloskin on erittäin kiva. Tykkään tosi paljon. o/

art direction is excellent. cinematography, not so good, but it doesn't matter because your characters and scenario really stand out.

Thanks! I know that is my weakness, that is why I spent alot of time making it look pretty, at least on still pictures it looks nice haha
