These are the islands of the Kingdom of Zeal from the game Chrono Cross on the PS1 (Well, more of Chrono Trigger but hey, they're pretty much in the same universe.) I'll be doing Sweetie and Button playing different games occasionally here and there. Here's my first of them: Chrono Cross! Boy I loved this game as a kid. The story, the music, just the feel of the game, you know?Button = Serge and Sweetie = Kid
But yeah, backgrounds! Scenery! Woo! Hope you guys don't mind the lens flare though. Just thought it'd look cool. xD

On what sort of games in general have you thought? Only RPG's like Chrono Cross?
Only games that are suitable for childs too? Or also games like "Resident Evil", "Silent Hill", ect?

Every game. Could be Mario or Sonic. Could be Amnesia or Outlast. Maybe some Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest. Warframe or Planetside. Anything! Well, an idea'll come into my head eventually.

You don't understand. Chrono Trigger and Cross were my favourite games growing up, and still are my favourite games. (Including Earthbound and Final Fantasy VI, of course.)
So wonderful to keep seeing new pictures of crossovers that lok so gorgeous! Might use this as a cover art if I ever write a story for it! (Assuming that's alright.)

Oh, seriously? Same here! I swear both games got a few tears from me as a kid. AND YES FINAL FANTASY VI. Β My fav FF personally as well. And lol about Earthbound. I kept getting stuck in that game as a kid. It was just so random haha.
But yeah, I'm a big fan of the old JRPGs (and even some of the new ones like Ni No Kuni). Oh, and ofc it's alright to use as cover art. (Although I didn't go into detail with the islands though. There's supposed to be a few buildings and a mountain with the Zeal palace on top but w/e. Might just add those some other day.) Lookin' forward to the fic if you ever go through with it. Already read a Trigger cross. Interested for a Cross crossover. Β

My Little Chrono isn't finished, granted, and has been on hiatus for... gosh, forever now, but yeah, I'd want to try. (I'd have to ret-con a few things, since not everything would be able to be kept, obviously.)
