Description
"Ningen" is "human" in Japanese.This is a combo picture from one of my favourite anime openings. The 4th opening of Fullmetal Alchemist is amazing. Not to mention the 1st opening and ending of Brotherhood. The words are "The future I thought I had grabbed hold of is a contradiction of dignity and freedom" which is a very rough translation of the lyrics during this scene. I took two screenshots I had gotten of this opening and combined them.
I fail at Alphonse... I truly fail.
I tried to keep the sketchy aspect of it, but the shading was just so beautiful that I couldn't resist. Of course, I probably made the shading very non-beautiful, but.....
First time I've used mechanical pencil in a while. That's why the shading is so murdered.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. I NEED CRITIQUES!!!

Alphonse is actually surprisingly more accurately drawn than Edward; his head isn't symmetrical in terms of his face ship and on my monitor, it's too wide in proportion.
You're doing fine; you're improving your observation powers so you can later use it to make something new.

Yay! Thank you! Yeah, Ed turned out really unsymmetrical and disproportionate... That's my own little drawing quirk that I can't seem to improve: something always turns out disproportionate.
I also noticed something off about Al's head, but I figured I'd ruin it if I changed it anymore, so I left it. Thank you for pointing these out!
