How am I expected to communicateWhen you can't possibly hear it through the HATE?
Regardless of religion, race, or political standing
Or any of the non-truths your judgements are slamming
I can write all I want and it won't change a thing
Unless you clean out those "filters" that impede your hearing
Do you hear what you're preaching?
You're only breaking us down
Instead of building us up
And you sound like a clown
When ideas of ignorance come parading out of your mouth
You have a valid point
But then it always goes south
You don't know what it's like
To take a walk in their shoes
You don't know the "sob stories"
Of the ones you abuse
Don't pretend that you do!
That's a damn good joke
Just look at the faces of the lives that you broke!
Stop all the hate and just listen for a change
When you view the big picture, we're all quite strange
We were made unique, not to be clones
We all have our quirks; even you and your own
So how dare you ostracize one in a million
For branching out, not wanting to fit in?!
Examine yourself and I'm sure that you'll find
A few of your own quirks you sure don't seem to mind
