I've been thinking about it. I need to grasp the limitations of this embroidery method to understand how much detail is possible. Maybe the easiest way to see what can be done is to buy already-made patches of other people's designs . There are some GORGEOUS ones on etsy!

They are cute! Airbrush is one technique I've never come close to mastering.
