i have tooken the time to read both there comics and it less about who would win and who would quit yes they are both incredible but deadpool has been cursed to live for ever by death and spawn well do i need to give you a resume

Spawn beat(brutalized) armies of demons,heroes and villains alike, Satan, God himself, and the Mother of Creation..Granted Deadpool kicks ass and has went up against some powerful and deadly foes, I doubt it would save him from the ruthlessness of Spawn.
But as with most fights between major heroes go, it would most likely end in a tie.(Considering that Spawn feeds off sins/anger to heal, and Deadpool's curse, they could be fighting forever.)

They'd probably fight a good length of time, then some greater threat appears that the two must team up against. Spawn accompanied by Deadpool vs a mighty villain...t'would be awesome.
