this is an old character that i came up with doodling in middle school. i saw a sketch of a simply drawn drunk mouse so i decided to draw my own crazy rat smoking a "cigar". I finally got around to re-sketching him and coloring him*watermarked

haha you caught it, i named him "smoking" rat for a reason, and theres also a target on his belly for a reason, not many people get meaning right away
