well, the actual skinning works, to some extent on my main monitor (it's worse on my secondary monitor), but there are a lot of graphical issues, and more importantly the window controls (min, max, close) don't work at all.

I'm still running the RC, guess that could be the source of some problems,

picasa photo viewer. It comes with picasa. It's much prettier than windows default viewer.
