Description
July 2011. I was trying something different, never got the critique I needed from my peers, so possibly scrapping this to try again.Related content

I feel like her mouth is a little too far off to the left side, and the chin itself needs to protrude a little more. Currently her head shape is like a perfect circle, which is a little unnerving. The arm is pretty good, though I think you over exaggerated the elbow region. Make the overall arm a bit more uniform, I think. The hand was a good try, but you still need to practice them some more. The thumb looks oddly sharp and seems to imply that you were trying to make it wrap around the outside of the hand. Make it a bit rounder and just end the thumb there, people don't wrap their thumbs around the outside of their hands usually so it'd look weird if she did. The one knuckle that we see is a little too far back, and makes the palm look much smaller than the fingers in comparison (they should be roughly equal in length). Additionally, the entire hand is just a tad bit too small. Probably because the palm to finger ratio is off, like I said earlier. Again I think her back is curved in a little too far, because it looks as though she's leaning back a bit too far to be walking without falling over or hurting something. The back is a really non-malleable thing, it doesn't stretch or move any farther than it has to.
The closer leg is pretty much alright up until the foot. If she's in 3/4ths view, we shouldn't see the entire bottom of the foot. Also, it's curved up way too high. At most, a foot can usually form a 45 degree angle with the leg, And when someone's walking casually, they usually don't turn up their foot that much unless they're in the army (where you'd touch the ground with your heel rather than the middle of the foot). Her far away leg really needs to be redrawn if you continue this. The foot really doesn't connect to it very well and it looks a lot shorter than it should be (the perspective isn't that dramatic). The foot and ankle really look like you were just guessing where to put them.
In fact, I'd suggest you switch the legs so that the far away one is the leg that's taking a step. That'd help you keep things clearer in your head because you'd be able to see the entirety of both legs.
TL;DR
Look up some references online of people walking. Because the awkward legs are the main distraction. Good stuff, anyways. Pokemon is my drug.

For the love of bellies, don't scrap this! D:
It looks really promising, and I'm going to praise the hell out of it, after I get through the more nutritious stuff.
To start, her forehead looks to be jutting out a bit too much. Consider slimming it back a little. I hope that makes sense
I can't really tell what's going on with the hair, but from what I can see it looks to be fine. Shoulders, chest, belly, torso, arms, and outfit all look great. The hands are probably fine too, but I can't tell at this point. Feet are decent, though I feel her right leg (the one on the ground) is a bit shorter than her left, even with perspective taken into account. I'd say it needs to be longer for sure. The sandal facing us looks alright in terms of perspective. I can't see anything wrong with it that is, so you're probably good.
Onto the praise! This scenario is nice and warming, and it makes me smile whereas most Pokemon trainer fan art does not. It's so easy to be conventional with a subject like Jasmine, but you've really done some great work to make this different. Including her Pokemon was a great choice, and it lends some good detail to the rest of the piece. Seeing them interact is nice too, and Jasmine's face is just d'aww... I'd say she was pregnant if I had to guess, in which case the expression really works as a sort of indicator of baby joy, but in any case, it's a cute face~
Her curves look great here. They're nice and natural (relatively speaking given that this is fetish art we're talking about), and of course they're pleasing to the eye in multiple ways. I don't often enjoy looking at sketches, but this one looks so promising, I must give you muchos kudos.

The primary thing I was trying to do was draw a character walking, at an angle that's *not* cop-out side view. I could never get the legs looking right, and even went to do a couple different versions of her, even vectored and colored the piece, but never posted it.
